Returns Policy
We will entertain and honor all requests for return in the following cases where the return is for products that are damaged during transit, defective, wrong delivery of product, incomplete or tampered packing. Return for request in all cases are to be made by you within 48 hours of your receiving the product. Returns are not possible in all other cases where the return request is received after this stipulated time frame of 48 hours. Replacement is subject to the availability of that product with the suppliers at that time. In case of non-availability of the product refund in full will be made. The product is to be returned by the customer in it’s original – unused condition. The product is to be returned with all it’s original packaging, price tags, labels, box, and other accessories items if any. Invoice is also to be returned after retaining a copy for their record.
